The apartment building should be designed to accommodate the <br /> storage of recyclable materials, both in the housing units and <br /> next to the refuse disposal areas for centralized collection. <br /> 12. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents must be screened <br /> i per Section 39.160 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 13. Building setbacks must be a minimum �f 20 feet front yard, 5 <br /> feet side yard and 20 feet rear yard. Building height shall be <br /> a maximum of 35 feet. Building permit applications must show <br /> calculations for the base elevation of the building and the <br /> building height. <br /> 14. Landscaping mus'� be provided per Section 35 of the Zoninq Code. <br /> At a minimum thi� must include Yhe foll.owing: <br /> a.
