All utility facilities shall be landscaped or otherwise screened to assure <br />compatibility with surrounding properties. <br />Please See Findings and Conclusions under Criteria #7, SPU General Evaluation Criteria <br />(Section 41.150.c). <br />2. All utility and communication facilities shall be installed underground or with <br />structures to the greatest extent practical in order to maximize safety and minimize <br />visual and noise impacts upon surrounding properties. <br />
