I have <br />had further discussions with both the City Attorney's Office and the <br />Planning Department. Based upon those discussions,it is our opinion <br />that the Lilley's front yard faces Reinier, not 19th Street. This is <br />based upon a definition of front yerd in the City's zoning code (EMC <br />19.04.010(37)).
