Jan Meston
From: Jason Jenkins [Jason@flowmotionmedia.com]
Thursday, October 02, 2008 9:39 AM
Jan Meston
subject: Riverside Historic Overlay Zone
Dear Ms. Meston,
My wife, Marli, and I have lived at 2117 Baker Avenue in the Riverside neighborhood for 5
years now and we love it! We were drawn to Riverside in the first place because of its
historic look and feel. There is so much charm and quality built into an old home. We
have put a lot of time, effort and money into updating and improving our home while
maintaining it's orginal character. Likewise, we really want to have the historic
integrity of our neighborhood preserved. We have no problem with new construction, as
long as it is congruent with it's surroundings. One doesn't have to look far to find
horrific examples of why we should definitely have historical standards in place.
Sincerely,
Jason & Marli Jenkins
2117 Baker Ave
Everet, WA 98201
425.258.0261
1
