.y <br /> Task 6. Compile Year 2 Monitoring Report <br /> ICF Jones & Stokes will compile all technical data and report sections of the Year 2 <br /> monitoring report prepared under the above tasks. The monitoring report will compare <br /> data against the performance standards identified in the 2002 Mitigation Plan and the year <br /> 1 data to determine the extent to which the site is meeting or is on target to meet the goals <br /> and performance standards. ICF Jones & Stokes will also recommend any contingency <br /> measures that could be taken to improve the functions of the mitigation site. [CF Jones <br /> & Stokes will submit the draft Year 2 Monitoring Report to EPWD by December 31, <br /> 2009 with finalization to occur after client review, but in time for first quarter submittal <br /> to the permitting agencies as required in the 2002 Mitigation Plan. <br /> Deliverable: One PDF of the draft Year 2 Monitoring Report will be sent to EPWD for <br /> review and comment. [CF Jones & Stokes will complete one round of review and <br /> comment on the draft report and will submit up to 3 bound hard copies and the PDF of <br /> the final report to EPWD for their use and possible distribution to the permitting <br /> agencies. [CF Jones & Stokes will not send the report to any agencies. <br /> Task 7. Project Management Year 2 <br /> The ICF Jones & Stokes project manager will develop and maintain project files, <br /> complete monthly invoicing, maintain telephone and email communication with EPWD's <br /> project manager, and will coordinate with ICF Jones & Stokes staff as necessary to <br /> advance the project. This task assumes the project duration will be 12 months, and <br /> anticipates 2 hours of time per month for invoicing and budget tracking(24 hours of the <br /> 40 budgeted for the project manager). <br /> Task 8. Unauthorized Additional Services Year 2 <br /> At the specific authorization of EPWD, ICF Jones & Stokes will conduct specifically <br /> requested additional services, including but not limited to attendance at meetings, agency <br /> coordination, permit preparation support and hydraulic analysis to support resolution of <br /> the bridge scour and hydraulic constraints identified during the year 1 monitoring. <br /> This task is intended to accomplish additional services requests without having to amend <br /> the contract multiple times, but ICF Jones& Stokes will track the level of effort(s) <br /> 6 <br /> Year 2 Monitoring Smith Island Restoration revised December 4,2008 <br />
