6 <br /> Parks may conduct up to two(2)key audits per year to insure locks and keys are <br /> being properly utilized and maintained. <br /> g. Provide power,alarm system,all utilities and interior/exterior structural <br /> maintenance for the shellhouse. <br /> h. In the City's sole discretion and at its expense,obtain fire and casualty insurance <br /> covering the shellhouse structure. The Association acknowledges the City does <br /> not and will not insure the contents of the shellhouse,any Association property, <br /> and Association members' property. <br /> 3. Association Responsibilities. The Association responsibilities are as follows: <br /> a. Pay a percentage of the utility costs of the shellhouse. The payment schedule is as <br /> follows: <br /> 2009:Ten percent(10%) <br /> 2010:Twenty percent(20%) <br /> 2011: Thirty percent(30%) <br /> The Association will be billed every two months or more frequency based on the <br /> billing cycle of the Snohomish County Public Utility District. Payment will be <br /> due to the City within 30 days of invoice receipt. <br /> b. Contribute volunteer hours towards mutually agreed upon Parks related projects <br /> each year. The association will provide adult supervision for any mutually <br /> approved youth participation. The number of volunteer hours the association will <br /> contribute each year is as follows: <br /> 2009: Two hundred fifty(250) <br /> 2010: Three hundred twenty five(325) <br /> 2011: Four hundred hours(400) <br /> c. Provide at its own cost,equipment for the city's recreational Rowing Program <br /> including,but not limited to the following: Eight's,four's,double,singles,safety <br /> launches with motors, lifejackets and safety equipment,oars,and ergometers.In <br /> the event that Association dissolves,titles to said equipment shall immediately <br /> transfer to the Everett Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of <br /> continuing the recreational Rowing Program. Association shall provide an <br /> updated inventory list at an annual meeting between Everett Parks and the <br /> Association. <br /> d. Maintain all equipment used in the performance of activities pursuant to this <br /> Agreement. <br /> e. Offer classes and rowing opportunities for the general public. This includes but is <br /> not limited to the following: <br /> 1. Novice or introductory classes for the general public,youth and adult <br /> exclusively through contract with the Everett Parks Department. <br /> 17 <br />
