The on -site detention would be for the project sought <br />and would not include the total long range project. <br />18. A temporary erosion control plan is necessary prior to any earth work done on <br />the site. <br />19. Participation in the South End Sewer Interceptor System is required. <br />20. An independent side sewer must be developed from the site. <br />21. The site is presently served by an 8" sewer main in 9th Avenue S.E. via the <br />side sewer for 8615 Seventh Avenue S.E. There is also an 8" sewer line in <br />88th Street S.E. <br />22. The site is currently se. • ed by 20" ductile iron water main in Seventh Avenue <br />S.E. with static pressure of 78 pounds per square inch. <br />23. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, <br />of every structure to be built. <br />24. The Snohomish County PUD #1 submitted that the District has adequate <br />facilities to provide electric power as required to the proposed project. <br />25. The Planning Department of the City of Everett recommended approval of <br />the Special Property Use Permit subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That 10 feet of additional right-of-way shall be dedicated along 88th <br />Street S.E. and 10 feet additional right-of-way shall be dedicated along <br />Seventt. Avenue. <br />2. <br />L <br />That civil plans submitted to Public Works must show all abutting public <br />right-of-way and additional dedication required by City Ordinance. <br />That a covenant consenting co formation of a Local Improvement <br />Discrict shall be provided for future improvements to public right-of- <br />way on 7th Avenue and 88th Street S. E. <br />That the design of temporary pedestrian improvements required on 88th <br />Street S. E. and on 7th Avenue shall be approved by the City <br />Transportation Engineer. <br />That on -site detention is required with drainage <br />submitted on the City Drainage Submission Form. <br />That drainage systems from the site must be developed to collect and <br />transfer storm water to existing systems by approved methods. <br />That a temporary erosion control plan shall be submitted by the <br />Applicant and approved by Public Works Department prior to <br />commencement of earth work on site.
