nr <br />r <br />SAINT MARY NAAGDALEN PARISH <br />SPU #3-81 <br />8. That participation in the funding of the South End Sewer Interceptor is <br />required. The approximate cost based on the preliminary information <br />i provided is $9.86 per student, based on design capacity. Credit will be <br />given for the existing student load. The actual cost shall be computed <br />by the Building Department per the Ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br />of permit issuance. <br />9. That the side sewer from the site must be altered to provide an <br />independent service to the main. <br />L <br />I <br />10. That City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during <br />construction <br />11. That di+ring construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within <br />the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise <br />approved by the Public Works Department. <br />12. That a fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer <br />than 50 feet of every structure. <br />13. That a detailed landscaping plan for the area surrounding the new <br />structure be submitted and approved by the Planning Department. <br />14. That a preconstruction conference shall be held involving the . pplicant, <br />contractor, Fire Marshal, and coordinators from the Building, Planning <br />and Public Works Departments. Detailed plans shall be submitted to <br />Public Works Department prior to issuance of a Public Works Permit. <br />26. Subsequent ;o the hearing on this application, the Applicant submitted a <br />survey of the project site. Upon the review of that survey, the Public Works <br />Department submitted that the recommended dedication of 10 feet of <br />additional right-of-way along 88th Street S.E. was not necessary because 88th <br />Street S.E. currently had a 60 foot right-of-way and no addtional right-of- <br />way is needed. The Public Works Department submitted that the dedication <br />of the 60 foot right-of-way should be waived. <br />27. The Applicant testified to be in agreement with the recommendation of the <br />Planning Department and all of the conditions thereto except for Condition <br />#1. However, as mentioned in the previous finding, the Public Works <br />Department has submitted that Condition 111 be waived. <br />28. No other testimony was received at this hearing. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />1. The application is for the approval of a Special Property Use Permit for the <br />purpose of expanding a school at Saint Mary Magdalen Parish located at 8717 <br />Seventy Avenue, Everett, Washington, and more particularly described at set <br />forth above. <br />2.
