37. Buildirg facade modulation and rootline variation must be provided per Section 15.050 of the Zoning Code. The maximum permitted wall length without buil3ing facade modulation is 30 feet. It appears that your elevation drawings show areas ? feet in length without building facade modulation. Your proposal must be redesigned to meet Section 15.050. 38. Accecc - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width ef uaobstructed, all-season driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Plans for such system shall be submitted to the F�ire Marshal for review and approvai prior to installation. Sabmittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, wimessed by a Fire Department inspecter, shall be performed, along with a certificate of completion, prior to final acceptance of the system.
