An approved automatic fire detection system must be provided as required by Chapter 16.76 of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system must be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to installation. Submittal sha;l include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, must be performed prior to final acceptance of the system. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Corstruction Standards and Specifications. There are currently 68 parking stalls on the site.
