(Meacham testimony) <br />13. The City of EveretYs parking standards require one parking space for ten <br />children, or one space per employee, whichever is greater. On-site there <br />is sufficient area to provide all necessary parking spaces for the <br />parents/guardians of the 40 children and staff. (exhibit 1, Palacios <br />testimony) <br />14. The pedestrian circulation on-site will include sidewalks or walkways that <br />provide connections between the building and the public sidewalk along <br />the street.
