The Mitigation Plan including the Buffer Enhancement Plan Map, dated September 8, 2005 is approved subject to the folicwing conditions: • Environmentally Serisitive Areas (ESA's) and buffers must be flagged and protected, including tiie dripline of any signiF ,ant tree= near the edge of the b�ffers. Prior to construction, the consultant must verify the buffers and sensitive area limits. A pre- construction meeting must be held after the sensitive area buffers have been ciearly marked in the field. • Preconstruction meeling • Staking of mitigation boundaries • Instailation of temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures prior to commencement of any claaring or earthwork • Clearing and grubbing, over-excavation of wetlands and mitigation area, stockpiling of wetland soil materials, and contained :oot- and seed stock • Ali exposed ground must be reseedeci within 30 days of the completion of construction.
