• Piant survival shall be a minimum of 80 percent at the end of three (3) years. <br />• Invasive, exotic and undesirabie species shall represent less than ten (10) percent <br />coverage in the enhanced wetland/buffer area. <br />3. Annual monitoring report must be submitted to the developer and the Cily of EveretYs <br />Planning Department by November 15'h. The monitoring reports will include <br />photographic documentatiori for each site visil, with pholo descriptions and plot-by-plot <br />ar.�ilysis of the vegetation plots. The report will generalize the overall conditions and <br />address lhe effectiveness of the Mitigation Plan in meeting tha performance standards. <br />A final report will be completed by December 15'h of the final year and will include a <br />summation 4nd final analysis. If at that time, the performance standards have not <br />been fully satisfied, but the monitor believes that the site is viable and growing and that <br />the standards wiil be met, it sho��ld be ncted. The final report will be the determination <br />of whether the site is a success and whether the maintenance bond can be released. <br />In addition to the monitoring program, a conlingency plan shall be developeb in the <br />event of identified mitigalion shortfail such as planl mortality or failure to attain planned <br />water quality/hydrologic functions. The contingency plan shall address corrective <br />actions that will be implemented if the mitigation yoals are not met. The City must <br />review and approve the contingency plan prior to implementation. <br />4.
