Special charges for connection to lhe sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinanc2 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encourared to obtain a copy uf the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Depariment per the ordinance in effect at tr,e time and according to the inforrr,ation on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. 10. Lack of comment on the plans s�bmitted with the application does not constitute approval of these plans. 11. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression ard street cleaning musl occur as directed by lhe Public Works Inspector. 12. A Per;ormance Guarantee shall be posted for an amount not less than 120% of the estim�ted cost o' construction for public street and uiility improvements prior to any building permit being issuec!. 13. Land alteration activities are defined in the City's Design and Construction Standards and SpEcifications as clearing, grubbing, excavation (illing, grading, and stockpiling. Determination of th? exact seasonal limitation period requires site-specific information generally not available until the project design stage. However, preliminary analysis using the inFormation available at this time indicates that land alteration activities ori the project site may be restricted fo the period between April 1 and October 1.
