1 <br /> • Provide a field representative on-site 2 days per week for a maximum of 4 months, occurring <br /> Monday through Friday, 10 hours per day, including travel and preparation of field activity <br /> reports. The field representative will attend weekly or bi-weekly construction meetings, if <br /> requested by the City. <br /> • Provide a field representative on-site 2 days per week for a maximum of 2 months, occurring <br /> Monday through Friday, 8 hours each day, including travel and preparation of field activity <br /> reports. <br /> • Supervision by the Geotechnical Project Manager(GPM), including review of field activity <br /> reports, reviewing Contractor submittals, addressing RFIs, answering questions, and <br /> attending the preconstruction meeting (104 hours). <br /> • Geotechnical Senior-level review of issues that arise during construction (20 hours). <br /> • Expenses include typical reimbursables (copying, photos, mileage, etc.), and the use of a <br /> nuclear gauge densometer for 2 months. Laboratory testing is not included. <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: The original scope for this item included one site visit per week to the <br /> project site. During the first year of the project, the frequency of site visits was much greater in <br /> order to provide the City with engineering support to convey the design intent input during the <br /> construction. <br /> 7.5 PLC System Programming and Factory Testing (200 hours) <br /> Existing Scope: The Engineer shall program, test, and commission PLC system components <br /> and systems. (200 hours) <br /> 7.5.1 Configuration -SCADA Computer& Panel Views <br /> SCADA Programming - SCADA database and graphical screen development shall be done by <br /> the City. <br /> HMI (Panel View) programming will be new system configurations of the systems provided by <br /> the Contractor(System Integrator). <br /> HMI programming is based on the following Screens to be developed as follows: <br /> Backwash Pump Station HMI <br /> 1. Main Menu/Overview <br /> 2. Backwash Pump No. 1 <br /> 3. Backwash Pump No. 2 <br /> 4. Surface Wash Pump <br /> 5. Clearwell Influent& Filter Effluent Analyzers <br /> 6.
