Alarms <br /> PLC programming - Provide ladder logic programming as required to map all field points to <br /> memory registers and enable communications between the existing Plant PLC and the new <br /> RTU's. Provide ladder logic required to execute system functions. Provide Ladder logic <br /> programming for all unique RTU configurations. <br /> PLC programming is based on the I/O count provided in the contract documents (2 PLCs, 23 <br /> analog I/O and 37 discrete I/O). <br /> 7.5.2 Factory Testing <br /> Setup SCADA equipment and test all control functions, display, alarm, and PLC I/O, control and <br /> programming. Test SCADA, PLCs, and communications equipment for end to end data <br /> transmission integrity and accuracy. Test all SCADA screens, including HMI (Panel View) <br /> screens, data monitor screens, and trend screens, for connectivity, completeness, and accuracy <br /> of information displayed. Test SCADA control, alarm, navigation, and security configurations <br /> and functions. Test trend screen functions. <br /> Test SCADA communications, RTU, and communications equipment for end-to-end data <br /> connectivity, integrity, and accuracy. Verify the configuration of all fiber modems. <br /> Verify the I/O wiring and functionality of all RTUs, Load PLC programs and test functionality. <br /> Integrate the entire system in the contractors shop and test end-to-end data communications <br /> integrity and accuracy over dry pair wiring. <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. <br /> 7.6 Review Progress Payment Requests <br /> Existing Scope: City staff will provide review on all Contractors' requests for progress payments <br /> for the project. The Engineer shall provide additional review at the request of the City. <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. <br /> 7.7 Monitor Testing <br /> Existing Scope: City staff shall coordinate and monitor testing performed during the project (e.g., <br /> compaction tests, concrete cylinder tests, pump tests, and pipeline tests) to ensure compliance <br /> with the Contract Documents.
