March 29, 2017 <br /> Discussion ensued about the process for development of next steps and <br /> what body might review this work. <br /> Mayor Stephanson urged council members to also consider all of the <br /> challenges presented by changes to the federal budget. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a recap of the Budget Subcommittee <br /> meeting held earlier today. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Historical Commission meeting held last night. <br /> Council Member Franklin reported on her attendance at the Everett <br /> Animal Shelter meeting last week and the Pinehurst-Beverly Park <br /> Neighborhood meeting on Tuesday. She announced the Public Safety <br /> Subcommittee will meet on May 3, 2017, at 5:15 p.m., which is a change <br /> to the previously scheduled date. <br /> President Tuohy spoke about the agenda and format for the upcoming <br /> Council Retreat to be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017, 8:00 a.m. to noon. <br /> She invited the public to attend. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than one hour, concerning five legal matters pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(i)(c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Cletus Skrabak, Everett, spoke about the Fire and Police Department <br /> efficiency studies and requested an update from the City. <br /> 97 <br />
