5.2 Prepare plans,profiles and details(60%,90%, 100%)for the project. These plans shall also identify utility <br /> relocations and surface restoration required by the storm drainage construction. Following is a preliminary <br /> sheet list: <br /> GI Cover <br /> G2 Legend and Abbreviations <br /> G3 General Notes • <br /> CI -C3 Storm Drainage and Utility Plans and Profiles <br /> C4=C6 TESC Plans <br /> D1 -D3 Details <br /> 5.3 Coordinate with utility purveyors affected by construction to obtain record drawings for their facilities and <br /> coordinate needed relocations(relocations to be identified prior to 60% PS&E submittal). Prepare and <br /> maintain a utility coordination matrix documenting contact information,conflicts,and resolution for each <br /> affected utility. Organize and attend a utility coordination meeting prior to submittal of 100%plans <br /> (performed prior to 100% PS&E submittal). <br /> 5.4 Coordinate with WSDOT regarding construction access along SR527 and potential impacts to WSDOT <br /> facilities. <br /> 5.5 Determine appropriate bid items for the project,using WSDOT Standard Items where appropriate,and <br /> prepare a Construction Cost Estimate(60%,90%, 100%). <br /> 5.6 Prepare technical specifications,consisting of special provisions to the WSDOT Standard Specifications,to <br /> be included in the contract documents(90%, 100%). <br /> 5.7 Provide written response to City comments resulting from review of the 60%and 90% submittals. <br /> 5.8 Perform Quality Control(QC)check of deliverables prior to each submittal. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 60%plans,profiles,details, and construction cost estimate <br /> 90%plans,profiles,details,cost estimate and special provisions <br /> 100%plans,profiles,details,cost estimateand special provisions <br /> Utility matrix and meeting minutes from the utility coordination meeting <br /> Drainage calculations technical memorandum(draft and final) <br /> Written response to city review comments(60%&90%) <br /> Task 6 Support During Bidding <br /> The consultant will provide support to City staff during bidding when requested. Anticipated tasks include <br /> answering bidders questions through the City project manager and preparing contract addendums. <br /> Deliverables: Revised drawings and specifications for addendums <br /> Task 7 Support During Construction <br /> The consultant will provide support to the City construction management team during construction. Anticipated <br /> tasks include: <br /> 7.1 Review submittals and shop drawings for general conformity to the design concept. <br /> 7.2 Provide written response to Requests for Clarification(RFC)and Requests for Information(RFT)received <br /> from the contractor through the City. <br /> 7.3 Review and evaluate change order requests from the contractor or as initiated by the City. <br /> Page4of7 22 <br />
