June 24, 2015 <br />COUNCIL <br />Council Members Moore, Gipson, Bader, and Stonecipher offered <br />condolences to the family of Dr. Floyd. <br />Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at the Council of <br />Neighborhoods meeting this past week. He also reported that the City <br />Council Rules of Procedure will be included as an agenda item on <br />August 5, 2015. <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br />ITIZEN COMMENTS <br />Charlene Rawson, Everett, commented on open communication with <br />Everett citizens and neighborhoods. <br />Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate change and the theory of <br />infinite economic growth. <br />Gary Watts, Everett, commended the Everett Police Department for the <br />significant progress in dealing with homelessness issues on Smith Street, <br />and he offered suggestions for additional action. <br />COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br />Everett Transit 2015 Service Change Plan <br />Presented by Sabina Popa, Transportation Services <br />Ms. Popa also announced that the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) <br />recently completed its Triennial Review, and that Everett Transit was the <br />only agency in Region X to receive a perfect score. <br />
