*Kidnapping 1 Vehicular Assault <br /> Kidnapping 2 Vehicular Homicide - While <br /> Manslaughter 1 Under the Influence of Drugs <br /> Manslaughter 2 or Alcohol, or by the <br /> Operation of a Vehicle <br /> in a Reckless Manner <br /> *Class a Felony <br /> Per RCW 9.94A.030, Chapter 9A.44 RCW; RCW 9A.64.020; RCW 9.68A.090, <br /> the following are classified as Sexual Offenses: <br /> Child Molestation 1 Rape 1 <br /> Child Molestation 2 Rape 2 <br /> Child Molestation 3 Rape 3 <br /> Communication with a Minor for Rape of a Child 1 <br /> Immoral Purposes (If it is the Rape of a Child 2 <br /> second sex offense the youth Rape of a Child 3 <br /> has committed.) Sexual Misconduct with a Minor 1 <br /> Incest 1 *Statutory Rape 1 <br /> Incest 2 *Statutory Rape 2 <br /> Indecent Liberties *Statutory Rape 3 <br /> Note: Attempt, Criminal Solicitation, Criminal Conspiracy to commit any of the above <br /> also constitutes a sexual offense. (Chapter 9A.28 RCW) <br /> Note: Any felony with a judge's finding of sexual motivation is a sexual offense. <br /> (RCW 9.94A.127) <br /> *These offenses are no longer on the statutes. An offender with these in the <br /> criminal history is a sexual offender. <br /> 3. The proposed juvenile facility at 40th Street and Smith Avenue will be operated <br /> by Second Chance under contract with the Division of Juvenile Rehabilitation of <br /> the State Department of Social and Health Services (DJR). All referrals for <br /> placement of residents to the proposed Second Chance facility will be through <br /> DJR. Any change in ownership, operation and management of the facility; <br /> contractual relationship between Second Chance and DJR, or referral and <br /> placement of residents to the proposed facility that is not consistent with all <br /> SEPA requirements and all SPU Permit requirements will require a new SPU <br /> Permit review process to address public safety, neighborhood compatibility <br /> issues, and other pertinent SPU criteria. Any proposed revision that is not in <br /> compliance with all SEPA requirements will require an additional SEPA review. <br /> 4. The Applicant must comply with Second Chance Procedure and Policy No. SC <br /> 2.02 effective date 1993. This policy sets forth criteria addressing the issue of <br /> 29 <br />
