75. *Traffic signals shall be installed at the 19th Avenue S.E./102nd Place S.E. and 112th <br /> Street S.E./16th Avenue S.E. intersection prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> 76. *Costco shall contribute a proportionate share for each of the following City of Everett <br /> Capital Improvement Projects: <br /> • 19th Avenue S.E./100th Street S.E. <br /> • 19th Avenue S.E./Costco Access <br /> • 19th Avenue S.E./112th Street S.E./110th Street S.E. <br /> • 19th Avenue S.E./121st Street S.E. <br /> • 19th Avenue S.E./116th Street S.E. <br /> • 1-5 Interchange/128th Street S.E. <br /> • 19th Avenue S.E./El Capitan/I-5 NB Ramp <br /> • 112th Street S.E./3rd Avenue S.E. <br /> 77. *One project identified as 19th Avenue S.E./Costco Access shall be fully funded by the <br /> developer as an access improvement. In addition, two intersections on 19th Avenue S.E. <br /> (SR 527) at 121st Street S.E. and 116th Street S.E. will be mitigated by planned <br /> improvements to SR 527 between 112th Street S.E. and 132nd Street S.E. Costco's traffic- <br /> based share of this $3.5 million project(assuming 3-lane alternative)would be $119.000. <br /> The combined proportionate share of these two intersections ($8,218)may not be required <br /> if the planned improvements to SR 527 move forward. <br /> 78. *Costco shall pay a$172.80 fee to WSDOT for each of the 238 net new trips that it would <br /> generate on the section of 19th Avenue S.E. between 132nd Street S.E. and Interstate 405. <br /> 79. *Flaggers, or other traffic control method approved by the Traffic Engineer shall be used at <br /> the 19th Avenue S.E. and 102nd Street S.E. intersection during construction to facilitate <br /> safe routing of trucks. <br /> 80. Costco must provide paint striping for turn lanes, parking outlines, and centerline on 16th <br /> Avenue from 112th to Costco site. <br /> 81. Construction traffic and construction employees shall be prohibited from using 16th except <br /> for construction of 16th Avenue. <br /> 82.
