• E-Tix is the exclusive ticketing agent for all events at The Historic Everett Theatre.Tickets for your event will be available at The Historic Everett Theatre box office, at etix.com, and charge by phone. • A 3%fee will be assessed on all tickets purchased with a credit card at The Historic Everett Theatre Box office for your event. • The total balance is due the day of your event. General Information • There is no smoking allowed in the building(theater, lobby, bathrooms, stage, etc...) • Any expenses incurred by The Historic Everett Theatre for catering, advertising, backline, barricade, passes,towels, risers, extra staffing, etc. will be added to the rental bill. • The Historic Everett Theatre production manager is Brian Olson. All production questions, day of show arrangements, scheduling, etc. must be set up through Brian. He can be reached at 206-852-6992. • No open flame of any kind is allowed on the stage or anywhere in The Historic Everett Theatre. • There will be an additional$200.00 cleaning charge for any show using confetti or any other substance like confetti. • The Historic Everett Theatre requires prior approval for all decorations and banners. • The Historic Everett Theatre capacity is 800. Any complimentary tickets issued will reduce this capacity. CANCELLATION Either party may cancel this contract up to seven months prior to the event date, in which event the entire Rental Fee shall be refunded in full.The User may cancel this Contract between seven months and three months prior to the event date, in which event fifty percent of the entire Rental Fee is forfeit. If the User cancels within three months prior to the event date,the entire Rental Fee will be forfeited. Incidental charges relating to the execution of the rental agreement will be deducted from any deposits refunded. If HET must cancel this contract prior to the date of the event all Rental Fee and Security Deposit will be refunded. BUILDING COSTS AND HEATING The cost of repairing the equipment provided by HET such as, but not limited to; heating and lights, light boards, sound and other equipment that is solely owned by Theatre other equipment on the premises will fall upon the renter that damaged said equipment.All property shall be inspected and signed off on prior to occupancy for each rental period to assure proper working order. Tenants Obligation to Repair and Maintain.Tenant shall, at its own expense, at all times keep the Premises in good repair and attractive condition and maintained. If the Tenant does not make repairs
