CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> facility. The stair tower structure at the southwest corner and office addition at the southeast <br /> portion of the Operations Building are separate structures that were added in the 1990s and are <br /> not included in this retrofit. Retrofit measures are indicated on the project drawings and <br /> described in further detail in Section 011100—Summary of Work. <br /> B. The retrofit work includes, and is not limited to, structural, plumbing, HVAC, process, <br /> electrical, site civil, architectural, and miscellaneous Work. This includes, and is not limited to, <br /> furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all Work as required by the <br /> Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br /> C. Location: Water Filtration Plant(WFP), located at 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe, WA. <br /> D. Land and Access: <br /> 1. Contract Documents identify land, rights-of-way, and easements for the Work to be <br /> accessed and performed. <br /> 1.4 CONTRACT TIME <br /> A. Description: <br /> 1. Perform Work within time stated in Document 006013 -Contract. <br /> 2. Bidder, in submitting an offer, accepts Contract Time period stated for performing Work. <br /> 1.5 DEFINITIONS <br /> A. Bidding Documents: Contract Documents supplemented with Advertisement for Bids, <br /> Instructions to Bidders, Information Available to Bidders, Bid Form, Bid securities, and <br /> Specifications. <br /> B. Contract Documents: As defined in Document 007213 - General Conditions, including issued <br /> Addenda. <br /> C. Bid: Executed Bid Form and required attachments submitted according to Instructions to <br /> Bidders. <br /> D. Bid Sum: Monetary sum identified by Bidder in Bid Form. <br /> 1.6 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IDENTIFICATION <br /> A.
