CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1.4 CONTRACTOR'S REGULAR PROGRESS MEETINGS <br /> A. The Contractor shall schedule and administer progress meetings and special meetings <br /> throughout the Work progress. The Contractor is responsible for the following: <br /> 1. Prearranging weekly meeting time and day. <br /> 2. Making physical arrangements for meetings. <br /> 3. Presiding at meetings. <br /> 4. Recording minutes, noting significant proceedings and decisions, and summarizing <br /> questions raised. <br /> 5. Reproducing and distributing minutes (within 3 days) to meeting participants and other <br /> parties affected by decisions. <br /> B. Attending representatives of the Contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers are required to be <br /> qualified and authorized to act on behalf of their firms. <br /> C. The Owner's Representative will attend meetings to ascertain that the Work is expedited <br /> consistently with Contract Documents and progress schedules. Notify the Owner's <br /> Representative one week in advance of meeting. <br /> D. Schedule weekly, or less frequently, as directed by the Owner. <br /> E. Attendance is required of the: <br /> 1. Contractor. <br /> 2. Subcontractors, as appropriate to agenda. <br /> 3. Suppliers, as appropriate to agenda. <br /> 4. Owner's Representative and his professional consultants, as needed. <br /> 5.
