CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1.4 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> A. Submit progress schedule to the Owner's Representative in accordance with the General <br /> Conditions. <br /> B. Revise and resubmit as required. <br /> C. Indicate submittal dates required for Shop Drawings, product data, samples, and product <br /> delivery dates, including those furnished by the Owner. <br /> 1.5 PROPOSED PRODUCTS LIST <br /> A. Submit a complete list of major products proposed for use, with name of manufacturer, trade <br /> name, model number of each product, and name of subcontractor installing the work. Include <br /> delivery time from date order is placed. <br /> B. For products specified only by reference standards, cite the standard and provide <br /> manufacturer,trade name, model or catalog designation, and installer. <br /> 1.6 SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> A. When specifically called for in individual sections, submit in the form of one reproducible <br /> transparency and three opaque reproductions. Two copies will be retained by the Owner's <br /> Representative. One copy will be retained by the Engineer. Annotated reproducible will be <br /> returned to the Contractor. <br /> B. After review, reproduce and distribute in accordance with article on Submittal Procedures <br /> above and for Record Documents. <br /> 1.7 PRODUCT DATA <br /> A. Submit five copies; two retained by the Owner's Representative, one retained by the Engineer <br /> and two copies to be returned to the Contractor. <br /> B. Mark each copy to identify products, models, options, and other data. Supplement <br /> manufacturers'standard data to provide information unique to this Project. <br /> 1.8 SAMPLES <br /> A. Submit samples to illustrate functional and aesthetic characteristics of the Product, with <br /> integral parts of attachment devices. Coordinate sample submittals for interfacing work. <br /> B. Submit samples of finishes from the full range of manufacturer's standard or custom colors. If <br /> specified, show textures and patterns for the Owner's Representative selection. <br /> C.
