10 <br /> Subj : MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT <br /> OF A PARK-N-RIDE AND ROUTE SERVICES FROM SMOKEY POINT <br /> COMPLEX TO NAVAL STATION EVERETT WATERFRONT <br /> d. The terms of this MOA do not provide authorization for <br /> Everett Transit to construct or install any improvements, to <br /> include, but not limited to, the installation of transit rider <br /> shelters, on board either the Smokey Point Complex or NAVSTA <br /> Everett . In the event Everett Transit desires to construct or <br /> install any improvements, Everett Transit must coordinate with <br /> the NAVSTA Everett Facility Planning department to request and <br /> receive an appropriate Real Estate agreement, with the terms of <br /> this MOA modified accordingly. <br /> e . All Everett Transit customers will park at the Smokey <br /> Point Complex park-n-ride at their own risk and adhere to any <br /> posted parking restrictions . Overnight parking will not be <br /> authorized. <br /> f . Everett Transit reserves the right to adjust the route <br /> schedule and number of trips based on service demand. Everett <br /> Transit shall provide the Navy with a minimum of thirty (30) <br /> days written notice for any proposed changes to service, to <br /> include proposed route changes and days of service . <br /> 4 . Period of Performance . This MOA shall be in effect for five <br /> (5) years from date of last signature . <br /> 5 . Responsibilities . <br /> a. NAVSTA Everett will : <br /> (1) Coordinate with Everett Transit on the establishment <br /> and designation of a Route 79 Express bus stop and park-n-ride <br /> parking area on the Smokey Point Complex. Final approval <br /> authority for all contemplated bus stops or parking areas on <br /> Navy property rests with the NAVSTA Everett Commanding Officer. <br /> (2) Coordinate with Everett Transit to develop necessary <br /> signage for posting on Navy property to provide information on <br /> the Route 79 Express route, schedule, and authorized parking <br /> areas in accordance with Navy sign requirements . <br /> (3) Authorize public access to the Smokey Point Complex <br /> area specifically identified for the park-n-ride as shown in <br /> enclosure (2) . <br /> 3 <br /> N68742-20090702-0139 <br /> 64 <br />
