Subj : MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT <br /> OF A PARK-N-RIDE AND ROUTE SERVICES FROM SMOKEY POINT <br /> COMPLEX TO NAVAL STATION EVERETT WATERFRONT <br /> (4) Provide Navy sponsorship of Everett Transit drivers <br /> for authorized base access within the parameters of this MOA and <br /> reference (g) . <br /> (5) Provide seasonal road and parking area snow and ice <br /> removal in accordance with the established provisions of the <br /> North Sound Base Operating Services contract . <br /> (6) Provide normal maintenance and repair of the access <br /> roads and designated parking areas as established by Commander <br /> Navy Installations Command. <br /> (7) NAVSTA Everett Security will coordinate ID check <br /> requirements using Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station <br /> personnel and verify that all Route 79 Express transit riders <br /> have proper credentials or are under proper escort to enter <br /> NAVSTA Everett . Those transit riders who do not possess the <br /> required credentials shall be denied entry on to NAVSTA Everett <br /> and required to disembark outside the perimeter gate barrier. <br /> (8) Notify Everett Transit as soon as practicable in <br /> the event of heightened security measures, emergency response <br /> access or other emergent circumstances, which may restrict <br /> access to the Smokey Point Complex or NAVSTA Everett by Everett <br /> Transit or non-DoD affiliated personnel . Restricted access at <br /> either location may be ordered by Commanding Officer NAVSTA <br /> Everett without any prior notification. NAVSTA Everett Security <br /> Department will notify Everett Transit as soon as practicable in <br /> the event of restricted access as well as when and if access is <br /> restored and normal operations may resume. In the event Everett <br /> Transit ' s access is restricted at NAVSTA Everett, all transit <br /> riders, to include military personnel, shall disembark at the <br /> nearest Everett Transit bus stop and enter NAVSTA Everett via <br /> the pedestrian gate . <br /> b. Everett Transit will : <br /> (1) Coordinate with NAVSTA Everett PWD on bus stop <br /> locations, signage, vehicle routing used on Navy property and <br /> authorized parking areas per enclosures (1) and (2) . <br /> 4 <br /> N68742-20090702-0139 65 <br />
