The grant of the variance would allow the Applicant <br /> ��..� to enjoy the property right of other public facilities. IAnderson <br /> Testimonyl <br /> 3. The variance will not be materially detrimental to the public <br /> �� welfare or injurious to the public. It will not limit territorial <br /> views of surrounding properties. (Anderson Testimony) <br /> �� 10 . The Compr^hensive General Plan designates the subject pro- <br /> �� � perty as being sinqle family detached, 5 - 10 dwelling units per <br /> acre. The grant of a variance will not have an adverse effect on <br /> the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> I �`� ] 1. The Planning Department of the City of F.verett recommended <br /> \ approval of the revision of the special nroperty use permit to <br /> include a variance from the City of Everett' s standard� as set <br /> forth in EMC 19 .42 .0301C) in order to allow a 6 foot high fence in <br /> the front yard, south sidc of the subject property. <br />
