Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must 6e provided per Section 39.080 of <br /> tfie Zoning Code as follows: <br /> a Garbac�e receptacles, dumpsters, and rer;ycle bins shall be provided in all multiple <br /> family, commercial, industrial, and ii;stitutiocal developments and shali not be located in a <br /> required front yard setback area, or street �ide setback area for comer lots. Where an alley <br /> abuts a lot, the garbage recept�cles, dumpster, or recycle bin shall be located adjacent to <br /> ihe alley. <br /> b. All garba�e dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened (rom view from the street and <br /> from adjacent properties.
