Monitoring welis installed on the site indicate no contamination. The cleanup status was listed as "completed". 5• Shawd�UCe 1�Highwav 99 This site was located about ]/2 mile southeast of the subject site. The cleanup status was listed as "unknown". The cleanup had been delayed. Soil contaminated with petroleum hydrocerbons was detected in the t3nk excavation. 6• Bea� gagCrocerv 1]1Ap I-]i hw m c �� This stte was located about a/8 mile east-southeast of the subject site. Soil and groundwater contart�ination resulted from tank leakage. Two tanks were removed and the contamination was remediated on site. The cleanup status was listed as "completed". 3S Asbestos Survey An asbestos survey of the e+cisting house was conducted by Abacus Home Inspection. Abacus conducted an inspection of the house and collected samples of suspected asbestos containing materials. A total of 9 samples were callected. The sample locations and individual test resulb are contained in Abacus's inspection report. A copy of the report is attached as Appendix B, The analysis results show that no asbestos was delected in any of the samples. 3.6 Summary 3.6.1 Site Survey The results of our site survey revealed no obvious signs of the manufacture, storage, or release of hazardous substances on the subject site. 3.6.2 Aeri�1 photognph Review No evidence of prior commercial or industrial use of the subject sile or adjacent sites was observed in the review of aerial photographs. 3.6.3 Topographlc and Geulogic Map Review The subject site is situated on relatively dense, impermeable till deposits on a relatively level upland between Puget Sound and the Snohomish River valley. No ponds, streams or groundwater seeps appear on the site. Lake Stickney is the closest water source and is located about 1.5 miles to the south of the site. ,,, Golder Assoclates
