They <br />are concerned about the fact that they purchased thair homes as view <br />property and feel the pr��posed house will bloek their viex. Hoxever, <br />there is nothing in City codes addressing the issue of vieW blockage <br />and the applicant is meeting all other requirements of the Zoning Code <br />for height and setback. <br />Other Clty Departments have no objeetion to the variance request� <br />hoWever� the Public Works Dept. ^equires dedication of right-of-way <br />along Silver I,ake Road. <br />Conelusions This varianee would not be maEerially detrimental to the <br />public Welfare or to other property i.n the vicinity and zone. <br />4. The building footprint shall not be inereased. <br />2.
