Storm drainaga facilities must be separated from sewage disposal systems. The SEPA MDNS requires the applicant to submit an erosion and sedimentation contol plan to the Public Works Department. The plan must show that all suffident measures are utilized and maintained to ensure sediments stay on site and do not enter the Silver Lake/North Creek drainage system.
