The 1995 deaign year traffic forecast that includes background <br />traffic growth, the traffic from adjacent development� likely to <br />be completed by 1995, and site qenerated traffic is shown on <br />Figure 5 for the p.m. peak hour. <br />..e - <br />Capacity analysis is in accordance with the methods contained <br />within National Transportation Research Circular No. 212, <br />January 1980. Signalized intersections use the planning <br />application, which is lesa riqorous than tha opexations and <br />desiqn application unless otheswise noted. Tre analysis wa� <br />performed with the computer program NCAP, published by <br />Professional Solutions Metro.
