530.00, City of Evorett datum. All structures should be constructed at least twu <br />feet above the 100 year flood elevation. The sito is not designated as be�ng <br />within the Flood fringe district. However, the City recommends compliance with <br />the flood fringe development standards. <br />Section 30.040.C. of the Zoning Code lists the following development standards <br />for uses in the urban and rural flood fringe disVids. <br />a. The first floor of structures and outdoor storaga areas shall be two (2) <br />feet above the regulatory flood protection elevation. <br />b. The elevation of the site shall be two (2) faet above the regulatory flood <br />protection elevaGon for a distance of fifteen (15) feet beyond any <br />structure in any direction. <br />c. All parking areas and driveways shall be no lower than one (1) foot <br />below the regulatory flood protection elevaGon. <br />d. Compliance with Federal Regulations Title 44 CFR Part 60.3 and <br />Subsection 30.050 of this Ordinance is required. <br />8. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capaciry to serve the <br />proposed development. For infortnation about the electrical service <br />requiroments for this project, please call Dewnell Howard of the DistncPs <br />Customer Engineering Office, Everett, at 25&8294. <br />9. GTE Nerthwest Inco!porated will provide service to the site. However, new <br />telephone csble construction will be required in conjunction with the site <br />development. GTE's engineering will begin when they are noGfied of your <br />consWcti�n schedules and telephone requirements. <br />It wiil be the developers responsibility to provide a suitebie combination of <br />conduit and Venching and/or riser conduit to accommodate GTE's networtc <br />communications cable within the complex. Provided that an acceptahle <br />combination of conduit and/or trenching are incorporated into the project to <br />accommodate GTE's enVance cable, there will be no costs to the developer for <br />GTE's cable. <br />H a rearrangement of existing cables on premise or on the nght-of-way is <br />necessary, appropriate chargas will be estimated and GTE's Guaranty ot <br />Payment fortn will be forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to <br />commencement of GTE's engineering for such reartangertsent, a deposit will be <br />required. To inaure timely telephorte service, GTE requests ninery (90) days <br />lead tlme for enqineering, prowrement, and installation of cable and/ or GTE's <br />equipment. <br />Pleaae contad Dick Hayer, Senior Engineer, at 358-4053 should you require <br />additional infortnadon. <br />10. The buildings should be designed to accommodate the storage ot recyGable <br />materials, bofh in the housinp units and next to the refuse disposal areas Ior <br />centralized collection. <br />11.
