9. On-site water mein will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement <br />will be submitted to the City prior to issuence of permits. <br />12. My broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the Ciry Public <br />Works tnspector. <br />16. The proponent will be required to pay a traffic mitigation fee of 511,200 ba:ed on <br />580.00 per peak hour trip generated.( 580.00 X 140 trips) <br />17. Individual pressure reducing valve will be reyuired on each water service. An 8" <br />diameter water main extended onto this site will be necessary if a fire hydrant on <br />site is required by the Fire Mazshall <br />18. On-site detention is required per City standards. Detention must be calculated for <br />site vegetative conditions prior to the most recent clearing/development activity on <br />the site. Treatment of stormwater runoff &om the site's pavcd areas must occur, <br />per City standards, prior to dischargc of the stortnwater from the site or to a <br />stream or wetland. New facilities must be sized for all pavement associated with <br />the most recent development activiry, in addition to new pavement. Stortnwater <br />detention/retention, quality protection, and treatment requirements for this project <br />shall be those requirements in et%ct at the time of application for Public Works <br />pertnits. Currently, three options for stortnwater treatment are presented in the <br />curtent City standards. The least prefetted option is allowed only if the first two <br />options are infeasible in the opinion of the Public Works Department. The options <br />for stormwater treatment are, in order of prefe; �nce: <br />A. M infiltration basin designed and constructed according to City standards, if <br />suitable soils exist on the siie. <br />B. A wetpond designed and constructed to City standards. <br />
