30. The �remises must be clearl� identi6ed by address at the street entry. Each buildmg must be clearly identified so es to be visible and legible from the access road. Individual apartments must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. 31. Firo lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall be identified by red curbs with white atenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIItE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE." Location shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. 32. The Ciry of Everett prohibits outdoor buming. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed end approved by the Plarwng Dep.vtment Per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance essurance device must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code.
