01/12/2805 22:54 2538597534 B A INC PAGE 06 <br />CRITICAL AREA REPORT <br />INTROOUCTION <br />The site consists of 4.39 acres located in the NE1/4, SE1/4, Section 30, T28N, <br />R5E, W.M., of Snohomish Counry, Washington. <br />The site is located north of 126�' Street S.E. hetween 16`h Avenue S.E. end 19'� <br />Avenue S.E. (Figure 1). A 14-lot plat is proposed that will flll a portion of Wetland <br />A for lot 16, the storm watar lract, and e portion of Wetland C for lots 9 and 10. <br />Innovat(vo dosign is used to fill low qualily wetlend A end 184 square fe,et. A <br />much larger aroa of reiat(voly older forest comprised of mlxe� conlfar wlll be set <br />aside as mitigatlon through innovalive design. <br />The soulh portion of the slte has oxisting buildings and lawn, while the north <br />portiun of the site is forested. The surrounding land use has singie-family and <br />multi-family r��sidents to the east and north.
