5.5 City Review-A meeting will be conducted with the City to review the 90%plans and <br /> project manual and discuss comments. The final 100%plans and project manual will be <br /> revised based on review comments and discussions with City. Provide a timely written <br /> response addressing review comments. <br /> 5.6 Stamping-MSA shall apply a Washington Professional Engineer's stamp with signature <br /> and date on the final edition of the project manual and each sheet of the drawings. The <br /> survey control plan shall be stamped by a Washington Professional Land Surveyor's stamp <br /> (Metron). <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> 1. Complete technical review of the documents at 90%progress with verbal or written <br /> comments. <br /> 2. Schedule and conduct a 90%review meeting attended by MSA,various City Departments, <br /> and outside agencies if necessary. <br /> 3. Provide electronic files, and periodic updates, of text, forms, schedules and other <br /> components of the project manual, including preferred front-end sections (Division 0) <br /> 4. City to provide CAD drawing templates and other files as necessary for plan set to meet City <br /> Standards. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • There are no design or construction issues associated with contaminated soils. <br /> • City review period for each technical submittal is 3 weeks. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 90%Plans and Project Manual—six(6) hard copies and one PDF electronic copy. <br /> • 100%Plans and Project Manual—one(1) full size bid-ready set of the plans and project <br /> manual(signed originals), six (6)hard copies of half size drawings (11x17) and project <br /> manual and one PDF electronic copy. <br /> Task 6—Cost Estimates and Construction Schedule <br /> This task includes development of construction cost estimates and construction schedules that will <br /> be used to establish the contract time period and budget funds. <br /> MSA Responsibilities: <br /> 6.1 Opinion of Construction Cost-Prepare Engineer's opinion of the construction cost at each <br /> submittal milestone (50%, 90% and 100%). The 90% and final(100%) Engineers Estimate <br /> will be formatted to reflect the corresponding bid items in the bid schedule of the <br /> Bidding/Contract Documents.
