11. <br /> 6.2 Construction Schedule-Provide a Microsoft Project compatible Critical Path Method <br /> (CPM)potential construction schedule that will show detailed breakdown of construction <br /> activities. Submit the schedule for the preliminary design technical memorandum and <br /> within two weeks of 90%and 100%final bid set submittals. The final estimate of <br /> construction duration will be used for the contract documents. Incorporate special schedule <br /> constraints into the Program Manual in Section 1-08.4(B). <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> 1. If available,the City will provide itemized bid tabulations of recent project construction bids for <br /> general reference and use for developing a cost database. <br /> 2. The City will provide input to MSA regarding adjustments to specific bid item quantities. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Itemized, spreadsheet style,construction cost estimate tabulation in electronic and paper <br /> format at each submittal milestone(50%, 90%, 100%). <br /> • CPM construction schedule submitted at 50%,90%, and 100%progress. <br /> Task 7—Permitting Assistance <br /> This task includes efforts in collaboration with the City to secure permits for the project. <br /> MSA Responsibility: <br /> 7.1 City Permit Assistance-Provide assistance as required in developing figures,preliminary <br /> plans, information and supporting graphic documentation for permits prepared and <br /> submitted by the City. Provide the City necessary information for the permit checklist, <br /> SEPA checklist, applications and attachments for project permits including erosion and <br /> sedimentation control plan. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> 1. City will take the lead in processing and submitting all permits. City will be the single point of <br /> contact with regulatory agencies. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • It is anticipated that the improvements will require only City of Everett permits. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Miscellaneous graphic exhibits,reference plans and technical support for permits. <br /> Task 8—Public Involvement Assistance <br /> This task includes supporting the City in conducting public involvement activities associated with <br /> this project. <br /> Trans Line 4 Phase 1 Replacement 9 5 City of Everett <br /> April 1,2010 Page 9 WO#UP 3421 <br />
