i MSA Responsibilities: 8.1 Open Houses-Assist the City in conducting neighborhood open house meetings(graphic materials,presentation, etc.) at approximately 50%and 90%progress. 8.2 Individual Meetings—As requested,participate in individual meetings and other interactions with residents, K-C, School District, or other individual stakeholders to address specific site and project issues. City Responsibilities: 1. City will take the lead in conducting public involvement activities, mailing etc. Assumptions: • MSA will attend two open houses and up to four individual meetings as requested. Deliverables: 1. Miscellaneous graphic materials,reference plans and technical support for public involvement activities. Task 9—Bidding Assistance This task provides assistance to the City during bidding and award of the project. MSA Responsibilities: 9.1 Bidder Inquiries and Addenda-Assist the City in responding to bidder's questions.Prepare draft addenda, if necessary, to clarify or correct contract documents or bidding instructions. 9.2 Pre-bid Conference-Attend a pre-bid meeting, if necessary, for the project and provide support to the City for specific agenda items. 9.3 Bid Review-Provide supplemental support in reviewing bids,checking references and selecting the apparent low bidder. 9.4 Conformed Drawings and Specifications—Prepare conformed drawings and specifications as required for construction. City Responsibilities: 1. The City will take the lead in tasks associated with printing bid documents, document distribution,bid advertisement, addenda distribution,plan holder administration,bid evaluation, bid tabulation etc. 2. The City will take the lead in receiving and answering bidders' questions. 3. The City will provide two sets of reference documents to MSA for use during the bidding period.
