I <br />Project Manager at key project milestones and to review project elements, schedule <br />and budget. <br />1.5 Project Schedule - MSA's Project Manager will prepare and regularly update an <br />itemized project schedule using MS -Project. The schedule will include all key task <br />activities, milestones, submittal deadlines and City review periods through <br />completion of the scope of work. The schedule (electronic file PDF format) shall be <br />available to the City. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. Preliminary Design duration of approximately 8 months. <br />2. Project will include one (1) kick-off meeting and up to three (3) project <br />meetings with the City's Project Manager. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Correspondence, e-mails and other documentation <br />2. Monthly billing statements and activity reports. <br />3. Updated project schedule (electronic file PDF format) as requested. <br />4. Meeting agendas and minutes as requested. <br />Task 2 — Conceptual Plan Development <br />Work under this task will develop and refine the concept of separate stoirnwater networks to <br />serve the sub -basins surrounding Legion Memorial Golf Course and utilization of the golf <br />course for stormwater detention, reuse for irrigation, and/or direct/indirect discharge to the <br />existing stormwater outfall on the north end of the golf course. This work includes defining <br />sub -basins where a separate stormwater network is feasible and will include the area west of <br />the golf course defined by the Northwest Stormwater Separation project. Through <br />collaboration with City staff, Public Works and Parks staff, this work will define how <br />stormwater will be managed at the golf course and the infrastructure needed to accomplish <br />that goal. <br />2.1 Parks Kick -Off Meeting and Data Collection — Work under this task will include an <br />initial kick-off meeting with Parks staff to review the project, understand Parks <br />perspective, solicit input and gather information. <br />This task also includes gathering and reviewing all relevant data for the separation of <br />stormwater and the utilization of the golf course. This includes data and record <br />drawings from the golf course, including water use records, outfall information and <br />future golf course plans, if any.
