MSA's Project Manager will develop and distribute a detailed meeting agenda before
the meeting and minutes after the meeting
2.3 Sulo -Basins and Projected Flow Volumes — Delineate the sub -basins that have the
potential to drain to the golf course, including the area defined by the Northwest
Storinwater Separation Improvements. Based on these sub -basins and using the
WWFIM model, define the stormwater volumes that can be conveyed to the golf
course based on the City's selected design storin conditions.
2.4 Development of Concepts — Develop concepts to manager stormwater within the golf
course considering detention, irrigation use and/or utilization of existing outfall.
Define pond volumes and potential locations, existing outfall capacity, irrigation
rates, transfer pump and piping requirements and control structures. Concepts shall
accommodate phasing of improvements with the implementation of Northwest
Stoirawater Separation Improvements as the first phase.
2.5 Workshop — Meet with City staff, Public Works and Parks, to review and discuss
concepts, establish criteria that should be considered in the evaluation of concepts and
define up to three alternatives that should be carried forward for further more detailed
evaluation. This workshop will also review the division of responsibility between
Public Works and Parks for the cost and operation of proposed facilities.
2.6 Evaluation of Alternatives — Alternative concepts defined in the previous subtask
will be fiarther defined to characterize their advantages/disadvantages, develop
preliminary opinions of cost and quantify their overall effectiveness in managing
stormwater based on criteria established. Alternatives will be evaluated based on the
criteria established in the previous subtask.
2.7 Preferred Alternative Workshop — Prepare for and conduct a workshop with City
staff, Public Works and Parks, to review and discuss alternatives. During this
workshop alternatives will be reviewed taking into consideration the characteristic of
each alternative and established criteria. Through this process a preferred alternative
and recommendation for the management of stormwater in the golf course will be
identified.
2.8 Documentation — Work under this subtask will included documentation of the work
performed under this task and definition of the preferred alternative in a technical
memorandum. The technical memorandum will define potential phases, with Phase 1
being the Northwest Stormwater Separation project. It is anticipated that this
document could be used as the basis of a Memorandum of Understanding between
Public Works and Parks on how stormwater will be conveyed to and managed at the
golf course.
-1 .r iron..
19
r,T3 L7 AV ,,,7ITW 1.
