The surveying and mapping services will be conducted by MSA's
subconsultant, Metron & Associates (Metron). Anticipated elements of this task will be
similar to those provided by Metron on the City's Sewer M project and include:
3.1 Field Survey — Field survey for the base map will include:
• Survey limits spanning the width of the existing right-of-way and within the
vicinity of the proposed stoinawater drainage pipe alignment and detention pond
site.
• Surface and underground utility locations; locates requested by Metron and
conducted by APS and the City.
• Perforin survey at a 1 -foot contour interval:
• All significant surface features such as curbs, lane marking, sidewalks, curb
ramps, poles, structures, trees and landscaping features.
• Basement elevations from up to 10 residences.
• Incorporate City of Everett aerial mapping within project area from latest aerial
survey available from the City.
• Set temporary bench marks (TB Nils) at each street and alley intersection and
generally at a midpoint between intersections. Maximum distance between TB FIs
will_ be 300 feet.
