Horizontal control (NAD 83/91) and vertical control (NAVD 88) shall be established <br />from the nearest approved City control monument for each of the various project <br />sites. Control monument selection and survey methodology to be used shall be <br />coordinated with and approved by the City prior to beginning the control survey. All <br />survey control work shall conform to the "Surveying and CAD Standards for the City <br />of Everett" and shall be recorded in a City -supplied field book. Establishment of new <br />control monuments shall conform to the "Surveying and CAD Standards for the City <br />of Everett". <br />3.2 Base Map Development — Perform final review of AutoCAD files of survey from <br />Metron and develop a base map suitable for design use and compatible with City <br />Survey and CAD standards. Metron will prepare Survey Control Plans for the project <br />horizontal and vertical control to be included in the Contract Documents. Control <br />sheets shall incorporate City of Everett requirements for survey control on City <br />proj ects. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. City to provide latest CAD and Survey Standards. <br />2. Survey will include approximately 11,000 LF of roadway right-of-way to <br />right-of-way as directed by the engineer that will include the proposed <br />stor-mwater piping network. <br />3. City crews to locate and surface mark all water and sewer service connections <br />in advance of field surveys. <br />4. City provide staff to assist Consultant in obtaining field data for "confined <br />space entry" structures, if necessary. <br />5. City will provide blank survey field books or utilize existing field books if <br />possible. <br />6. Right-of-way, property parcel lines and easements will be based on record or <br />GIS data and will be approximate — not intended to represent a precise <br />boundary or property survey. <br />7. No property acquisitions or new utility easements are anticipated. <br />8. Surveyor will secure necessary permits and approved traffic control plans as <br />required by the City of Everett to perforin this work. <br />9. Surveyor will acquire up to 10 basement floor elevations, if necessary. City <br />will secure right -of -entry prior to private residential property access. No <br />additional access onto private residential property is anticipated otherwise. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Base mapping per City CAD and Survey Standards. <br />2. Provide copies of field notes and City field book with survey control data. <br />3.
