Requested information may include, but not limited to, the following:
• As -built record drawings and plans for existing water, sewer and stormwater
drainage lines.
• Existing reports, studies and data associated with the area and subsurface
conditions.
0 Tax lot maps (from City GIS) and other mapping and data.
• 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan Update information, 2010 Stormwater
Management Manual and any other available studies or documents related to the
Sewer "N" Improvements project.
7.2 Site Visit — Conduct site visit and field investigation to walk the entire project site,
including proposed stormwater pipeline alignment and detention pond location.
Identify potential conflicts and design constraints, such as landscaping, traffic and
utility conflicts.
7.3 Engineering Analysis -Review data collected and the hydraulic modeling results and
perform engineering analyses to evaluate condition of existing utilities, system
hydraulics, confirm size and location of improvements, incorporate any other planned
capital projects, establish design parameters, and identify construction sequencing
needs.
7.4 Alternatives Development — Based on the engineering analysis, MSA will evaluate
potential alternatives, including pipe routing and detention pond and flow control
structure sizing, type and locations. Recommendations from the Pavement
Restoration Condition Assessment, as developed in Task 6, as well as other criteria
defined by the City, will be considered in the evaluation of alternatives. Feasible
alternatives will be further refined to develop comparative planning level cost
estimates, identify the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative and provide
recommendations on preferred design.
7.5 Workshop - In a workshop setting with City staff, MSA will review and discuss
feasible alternatives. Through this workshop process a preferred alternative will be
defined that will be carried forward to preliminary and anal design. Meeting minutes
will be developed for this workshop to document alternatives evaluated, key
discussions, directions or decisions from the City and the preferred approach to move
forward into the 30% design.
76 Utility Coordination — Work under this subtask includes:
A. Data Collection — Compile and review available utility plans; record drawings
and other mapping and data frons local franchised utilities including but not
limited to: Snohomish County PUB, Frontier; Comcast, and Puget Sound
28
C,;-., FvarOtt KJT_IRP -.'i UYTITI-TASRPC CIATFR_I-NC.
