As part of the <br /> building permit application, a site plan must be marked up showing the areas to be <br /> counted as open space and the calculations of areas. <br /> 23. On-site recreation facilities must be provided per the Amended Concomitant Agreement. <br /> Calculations must be provided showing the size of dwelling units and resultant <br /> recreational impact. <br /> As part of the building permit application, the Applicant must submit a recreation plan <br /> including standards and specifications for recreation areas and equipment, both inside <br /> and outside the building, including pictures of proposed equipment. If sufficient <br /> information is not known at time of submittal for building permits minimum specifications <br /> or examples must be provided. Prior to the issuance of Building Permits, the Planning <br /> Department must approve a plan for the on-site recreation facilities. Tot lots must be <br /> located in central areas, where adequate supervision of children can be provided. <br /> 24. Building facade modulation and roofline variation must be provided per the Amended <br /> Concomitant Agreement. The elevations and plans provided with the Building Permit <br /> application must be sufficient to show compliance with these requirements. <br /> 25. Refuse disposal areas must be shown on plans submitted for building permit review. <br /> 26. Signing and lighting plans must be submitted for review and approval prior to issuance of <br /> any permits <br /> 27. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br /> reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br /> exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, and installing and <br /> maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a major <br /> dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger viola!ions and fines from the <br /> Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br />
