REPAIR SPL _FICATIONS AND LIST OF WOh.. TO BE BID <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />Address: 231 74th St. <br />4. DOORS AND WINDOWS, CLOSET SHELVES AND RODS <br />Exterior doors. Remove the house rear entry door and <br />the basement room door and install new prehung steel <br />flush panel doors, Stanley or equal, complete with <br />polished brass entry lock sets and weatherstripping and <br />thresholds. <br />Room entry doors. Install new prefinished prehung <br />mahogany hollow core -doors at locations as indicated on <br />the attached drawings. Note all new doors to be 2' - 6" <br />wide except the bathroom door shall be 2' - 4". All new <br />doors to be trimmed out complete and have polished brass <br />passage sets (privacy locks on both bathroom doors), <br />Schlage "F" series or equal. Install rigid metal door <br />stops to the walls next to new doors where they may <br />swing into the wall. <br />Closet doors. Install new prefinished prehung 2' - 0" <br />mahogany hollow core door at the opening to the new <br />linen closet complete with trim and passage set to match <br />the other new dcors. Install new prefinished mahogany <br />hollow core bi-fold doors to the new laundry closet and <br />three bedroom closets complete with hardware and trim. <br />Add two 3' - 0" bi-pass doors (prefinished mahogany) to <br />the master bedroom closet complete with hardware and <br />trim. See drawings for' all door locations. <br />Closet shelving and clothes rods. Install prefinished <br />wood shelving and clothes rods in each bedroom closet <br />(4), the new entry closet, and the laundry closet. <br />Install the same type shelving (4 shelves: 2 - 24" deep <br />bottom shelves and 2 - 18" deep upper shelves) in the <br />new linen closet. <br />Windows. Replace the living room large window sill and <br />repair around the top and sides as necessary to <br />reinstall glass unit. Caulk to complete the job. <br />s <br />5. PLUMBING <br />Existing bathroom. Plumb in complete the following new <br />fixtures at locations indicated on the drawings: a <br />recessed 5' - 0" white enameled steel tub with new <br />faucet and shower complete and a 20" x 17" self -rimming <br />white enameled steel sink with faucet to new vanity. <br />Reinstall the existing toilet at new location. Install <br />a 36" x 32" surface mount both cabinet, Jensen Crown <br />Marble Model i1650-36CH or equal, over sink. Add a 36" <br />long chrome towel bar along the bathroom east wall and a <br />recessed chrome paper holder to end of new vanity. <br />New bathroom. Plumb in complete the following new <br />fixtures: a 36" x 36" white fiberglass shower stall (1 <br />piece) with shower valve complete and soap ledge, 20" x <br />17" self -rimming white enameled steel sink with faucet <br />to new vanity, and a white toilet. Install a triple <br />mirrored door metal medicine cabinet (36" long) over new <br />vanity. Add a 36" long chrome towel bar. Add a <br />recessed chrome toilet paper holder. <br />
