REPAIR SPE .FICATIONS AND LIST OF WOR. PO BE BID <br />6 <br />Page 3 of 9 <br />Address: 231 74t1.St. <br />Kitchen. Plumb in a 6 3/4" deep double bowl stainless <br />steel sink into new cabinets complete with a faucet and <br />hand sprayer. <br />Laundry closet. Plumb in clothes washer. <br />Basement. Remove the upstairs hot water tank and plumb <br />in complete a new energy efficient electric 52 gal. <br />tank, Reliance Econo-master Model 82 CRT or equal (5 <br />year warranty), with pressure relief valve and drain. <br />Place new tank in basement room after new concrete floor <br />and drain has been installed as called out in item #1 <br />(spec). <br />All new water lines to be type "M" copper and new waste <br />and vent lines to be in plastic, all lines sized to <br />code. All new plumbing fixtures shall be "A" grade and <br />competitive styling. All new faucets shall be single <br />lever washerless, Delta or equal. <br />All new plumbing work called out in this item shall be <br />performed in compliance with the requirements of the <br />Uniform Plumbing Code, 1985 edition. <br />ELECTRICAL <br />Wire both the existing <br />drawings. Wire in <br />receptacles over new <br />circuits to code. <br />a 76y <br />and new bathrooms to code. See <br />new small appliance duplex <br />kitchen counters placing on <br />'^ixtures. Wire in new wall light fixtures over both <br />Bathroom sinks (2). In addition, add a ceiling light <br />and exhaust fan on separate switches in the new <br />bathroom. New fan to be a Nutone or equal with the <br />capability of ventilating a room area of 90 square feet <br />or larger. (Standard small fan will not be <br />acceptable.) Vent to exterior. Add 2 ceiling light <br />fixtures to the new hallway and place on two 3-way <br />switches. Replace the boy's bedrooms (2) ceiling light <br />fixtures and wall switches. Replace the kitchen ceiling <br />lights (2) with new fixtures on wall switches. Add an <br />exhaust fan to laundry closet. Install a white range <br />exhaust hood with 2-speed fan and work light over the <br />kitchen range, venting hood to the house exterior. Wire <br />in a new smoke detector near the sleeping area. All of <br />the new light and fan fixtures to be placed on wall <br />switches. Provide a total allowance of $350 for the new <br />electrical fixtures called out in this paragraph, owner <br />to select fixtures. <br />Appliances. Wire in complete the clothes washer and <br />dryer at their new locations. Wire in the range and <br />fridge in the kitchen and the new hot water tank in the <br />basement room (called out in item R5). <br />
