Tliese ai�e based on two site <br />plans, one for each site, by Ren ❑imr_�. Architects, dete.� April <br />9, 1900 and two separate to�oqrapl�ic surveys by Triad 4ssc.- <br />ciates, dated May 13, 1900 and May 7, 1900 for the East znd West <br />sites, respectively. <br />It is planned to construct tuo conerete tilt-up warehouse/ <br />office structures on the east sile, Duildings 2 and 3 and four <br />similar structures on tlie west site, Uuildings 4 tlirougl� 7• The <br />building plan areac vary trom approximately 120 feet by 200 Eeet <br />for Bulldinq 4 to about'200 Eeet by 500 feet for Duilding 2. <br />Finislied floor el�vations for Duildings 2 and 3 are presently ex- <br />pected lo be Glev. 672 and Elev. 676, respectively. Duildings 4 <br />througli 7 are presently planned to liave finislied floor at Elev. <br />654. Tlie maximum anticipated column loads are expected to be on <br />tlie order oE app:oximately one liundred (100) kips, for dead plus <br />live loads. Tlie maximum anticipated wall loads are expected to <br />be about ttiree (3) kips per. linear foot, witli floor loadings <br />being on the ordcr of about two liundred-fif.ly (250) pounds per <br />square foot (psfl. lt is anticipated.that each building will <br />include one or more loading docks, whicli will be approximately <br />four (4) Eeet hi9h. Consequently, retaining walls of approxi- <br />mately Eour and one-halE (4-1/2) Eeet in height will be re- <br />;uired. Paved parking for one hundred eighty-Lour (184) <br />vehicles and access roads to each structure are to be provided <br />on the eastern site. Three hundred five (305) parking lots and <br />access roads to ench structure are Co be provided on the western <br />site. <br />Present design elevations will require cuts oE up to approx- <br />inately eighteen (18) and twenty-six (25) feet on the west and <br />eact sites, respectively.
