The eact and west parcels have ap�roxtmate plan areas of ten (10) �nd thirtcen (13) acres respectively. The r..ubject sites are located north of 7°th Street S. W., east and west of 16th Avenue West in Evezett, hashington. East Site The eastern parcel ls covered with thick brush, alders and .^.cattered wntfers of up to approximately eight (0) and twelve (12) inches in diameter, respectively. The westernmost approxi- �mately one hundred (100) feeC of the property is covere.l with up to three (3) feet oE loose, wet Eill materials placed over the e>;istin9 site vegetation during the construction oE the adjacent werehouse. The site is crosced by several unimproved tcacks and a sewer manhole is located adjacent to tlie nortlieast corner of the ,ite. There is a total relief of approximately fifty-eight (SB) feet, from a high point in the southwest corner to a low point in the northeast corner, which creates a slope of approximaCely eighteen (1�) degrees. West Site The lower western portion ot the western parcel is covered with an existiny swamp area. Tlie central part of tlie site is thickly wooded with alders and scatteeed conifers of approximate- ly six (6) to twelve (12) inclies in diameter,.respectively, and _ ^ tliick brusl�. Tlie eastern part •of tlie site is presently overlain — \� by up to approximately twelve (12) feet of loose wet fill mate- ^1� rials from tlie adjacent eastern sile. An approximate seventy- five (75) by one liundred forty (140) toot in plan stormwater retention pond has been constructed in tlie northeast corner oE tlie site. A ltne drains from the nortti end of tlie retention � pond downgrade along the nortii end ot tf�e subject parcel. The site grade� from a high point �long the eastern peri- metcr down to the swamp area along tlie west side of the site providtng a total rellef oE approximalely fifty-five (55) Eeet.
